At Veni Infantino, we take pride in our exquisite craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your garment is not the perfect fit or style, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization Number and a pre-paid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn garment in its original packaging with all designer tags, security ribbons, and protective coverings still attached to ensure eligibility.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Attach the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location, ensuring you retain your proof of postage.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier receives your return, we will perform a quality check and process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
